I find purpose, elation, and tranquillity in rock climbing.

First introduced to the world at the age of 9, I climbed off and on until my early 20s. In 2016, I turned my lifelong dream of letting climbing dictate my location into a reality. I strive for balance and to be well-rounded on the wall and in life. To me, climbing is equal parts dance, problem-solving, and converting inner physical and mental strength into action.

By sharing my perspective on this uniquely solitary and communal activity, I hope to help climbing – and myself – grow in a positive direction. Find my writing on climbing on my blog or by following the links below.
